Our refund policy at ADVA:
Effective from the 1st of November, our updated refund policy will be as follows:
1- Full Refund within the First 14 Days: Clients can cancel or request a refund for any service within the initial 14 days from activation without any deductions. They will receive a full refund of the paid fees.
2- Refund from the 14th to 21st Day: For cancellations or refunds requested between the 14th and 21st day from the date of activation, a cancellation fee of 3% will be deducted from the refund amount.
3- Refunds after 21 Days: If a client requests a refund after the 21st day, it is advised to consider early settlement options rather than a standard refund.
