ADVA is a mobile application, founded in 2020. First digital platform specialized in services’ installment, aiming to provide a better life for everyone through our offered services in different scope of fields.

Yes, ADVA’s App is free to download, but for activating a request, customers should pay an admin fees based on the needed service.

ADVA provides installment payment method for different services:

  • Health: You can install any surgical operation, lab tests or scan, any medical procedure in all specialties.
  • Education: You can install the tuition fees of schools, universities or postgraduate programs.
  • Insurance: You can install your health or car insurance.
  • Travel: You can install international or local travel expenses.
  • Wedding: You can install all your wedding expenses, the venue, or the wedding planner.
  • Finishing: You can install your finishing expenses, furniture, air conditioners, paintings, floors, shutters, solar panels and more.
  • Car Services: You can install car repairs, maintenance, accessories, protection, and more.
  • Bills: You can install different types of bills, including: Electricity, Mobile, Internet, Car and Driving License and more.

 

  • National ID + Any source of income; Whether HR letter or bank statement.

You can submit any of the following:

  • Club ID

  • Car license

  • Rental Contract

  • Pension

  • Credit Card or Bank loan

  • Commercial Registry

  • Bank Certificate

Yes you can delete your account permanently through the App and with few steps:

1. Open ADVA App
2. Go to profile
3. Then click on Account Settings
4. Click on Delete Account

Booking

Step 1: Download ADVA’s App.

Step 2: Choose any of our services, including: Health, Education, Insurance, Travel, Wedding, Finishing, Car Services or Bills. 

Step 3: Choose any service provider within our network or add your own provider.

Step 4: After finding what you are looking for; you will have to choose your preferred payment plan and then submit your request.

Step 5: You will need to fill in your financial information.

Step 6: Someone from our team will contact you within 48 hours.

You can book more than one service at the same time.

You will receive a call from our team within 48 hours from the date of submitting your request on the application to finalize all the needed documents. Then, you can proceed with the needed service within 7 days after completing all the needed documents. (For operation installments, the 7 days may vary depending on the doctor and the operation).

Yes, you can cancel your request at any time, even after getting your financial profile approved.

When paying with your credit card, the total amount get blocked, for the full installment plan cost. Also, the interest rate using your Credit Card is significantly higher than the interest rate provided by ADVA. In addition, not all customers will have sufficient credit card limits.

Installment plans for Health Services: You can choose from 6 up to 60 months.

Installment plans for Education Services: You can choose from 6 up to 12 months.

Installment plans for Insurance Services: You can choose from 6 up to 11 months.

Installment plans for Travel Services: You can choose from 6 up to 60 months.

Installment plans for Wedding Services: You can choose from 6 up to 60 months.

Installment plans for Finishing Services: You can choose from 6 up to 36 months.

Installment plans for Car Services: You can choose from 6 up to 60 months.

Installment plans for Bills: You can choose from 6 up to 24 months.

In some cases, customers pay 10% down payment, but in most cases, customers don’t pay a down payment.

Yes, and you can have a full refund.

If the service cost exceeds the amount you have confirmed, for any reason, we can amend the amount of the financed service if you still have limit, or else, the amount will be paid by the customer to the service provider directly in cash or by credit card.

ADVA owns the customers’ data, and we are committed to the security & privacy of our customers and providers. We are always working hard to safeguard your data, keeping your information secure is a priority for us.

Go to your profile and select change password. You will then be asked to enter your old password, new password and confirm your new password.

In order to book any service with ADVA, you need to share basic information, such as your Name, Email, Gender, Phone Number, and Date of Birth. You also need to fill in your financial profile on the application to proceed with your request.

Payments

  • Endorse

When paying with your credit card on ADVA for a certain service, the amount of the service gets blocked on the credit card, for the full installment plan cost. Also, the interest rate of using your Credit Card is significantly higher than the interest rate provided by ADVA. In addition, not all customers will have sufficient credit card limits to choose certain services.

Installment plans for health services: You can choose from 6 up to 60 months.

Installment plans for education services: You can choose from 6 up to 12 months.

Installment plans for insurance services: You can choose from 6 up to 11 months.

No, you need to pay 10% off with Aman only, however with ValU and Endorse you can install without paying the down payment.

  • Yes, and you can have a full refund.

  • If the service cost exceeds the cost you have chosen, for any reason, such as spending an extra night in the hospital, we can amend the amount of the financed service if you have limit, or else the amount will be paid by the customer at checkout from the hospital either in cash or by your credit card.
